A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 to 6 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. 사기 성명 불상자들은 채팅어 플 ‘ 위 챗 ’에서 “D”, “E” 라는 닉네임을 사용하는 사람들 로, 피해자들에게 전화하여 저금리 대출을 명목으로 금원을 편취하는 이른바 보이스 피 싱 조직에서 금원을 입금 받을 접근 매체 및 인출 책을 모집하고, 모집된 인출 책에게 인출, 송금의 지시를 내리는 보이스 피 싱 조직의 총책이다.

On May 18, 2018, the persons without the above name were transferred KRW 4 million to the H account of the Saemaul Treasury Federation in the name of G around 13:50 on May 18, 2018, and KRW 2 million to the J account of the Saemaul Treasury Federation in the name of G around 17:56 on the same day.

Around May 18, 2018, the Defendant withdrawn approximately KRW 3.9 million out of the amount deposited by the victim to the account under the name of G and deposited into the account designated by the said name in the account from the new bank dong branch located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above-mentioned person who was not the victim, by deceiving the victim.

2. No one shall keep any access medium with knowledge that such medium is used for a crime in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act;
