Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 100 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person violating the Child Uniforms Act (in the case of coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child) shall not commit any obscene act against a child, intermediate such act, or sexual harassment, etc. that may cause a sense of sexual shame to a child, etc., however, the defendant, around March 17, 2018, when he/she was sent to the victim D (10 years of age, female) who became aware of through the Internet Game C, at the defendant's residence located in Jinju-si, Jin-si, and by affixing a video of the same attitude as the photograph sent by the defendant, he/she will offer a video card of KRW 1,00 per video.

Along with the promise of promising the victims to take photographs of b body videos that expose all or some of their body parts, and then received them through E dialogue windows from December 31, 2017 to April 13, 2018, the victims of children, who were children, committed sexual abuse by committing 29 times in total as shown in attached Table 1.

Defendant 1 possessed a total of 105 children’s pornography as shown in the attached Table 2 list of crimes, including the fact that he/she had D, at the above time and at the above location, photographed a bronic image in which the sound book, etc. was recorded, sent through E dialogue, and then stored and possessed in the “E file” box of the Defendant’s computer body, and possessed a total of 105 children’s pornography as shown in the attached Table 2 list of crimes.
