C On February 18, 2016, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury and two years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on the 26th of the same month.

1. The Defendants committed the joint crime with H, knowing that many gambling workers gather in the Gangnam-gu Seoul and Seocho-gu Mandle Kalet with the view to frequenting the gambling called “Tex Doum”, and attempted to open a gambling house by borrowing an “Tex Doum” table in the Bod car page and recruiting gambling workers.

The Defendants, along with H, performed the role of so-called related persons who recruit gambling by using the accounts in the name of Defendant A, Defendant B, and H in the name of Defendant A, Defendant B, and H, in order to receive gambling money from the gambling workers by using the accounts in the name of Defendant A, Defendant B, and Party H, and the bank that changed the chip used in the chip “the chip used in the chip”.
