The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance and found the defendant guilty on the ground that there was no proof of crime as to the attempted fraud, false entry of the original copy of the deed of process, and the exercise of the original copy of the deed of process entered in the indictment of this case among the facts charged of this case, and it did not err by violating the law of logic and experience and violating the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
