Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the driver of BMW vehicle.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic by continuing or repeatedly committing two or more acts, such as a speed violation, violation of front right or change of course, etc., or by continuing or repeating one act.

Nevertheless, on January 24, 2017, the Defendant changed the lane from the section 170 Km/h (100 K/h) to the point 155 km of the same road from the 132 K km to the 155 km away from the Gyeong-gu Northern Highway located in Daegu Northern-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul, the Defendant moved to the right-hand side of the preceding vehicle at the 170 Km/h (100 K/h). The Defendant moved to the right-hand side of the front vehicle, and changed the lane from the front line of the bridge where the change of the lane is prohibited to the front line at one time between other vehicles running along the front line at the same time.
