Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defamation;

A. On October 2019, the Defendant sent to G the phrase “the victim D in Seoul Central-gu B building and C’s residence,” referring to “as the gueste, fife, fife, fife, fife, fife, fife, fife, f two years, and fife, fife, fife, and fife, for 5 years in human beings and in our house, a day-to-day period, regardless of the day-to-day period.”

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

B. On December 2019, the Defendant called “F and D, and the two years have passed since they had a wind, F, and F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.D.) in the middle-term Seoul Jung-gu B building and C’s dwelling area, and called “F.”

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

2. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection shall distribute information with a content that arouses fear or apprehensions to other persons repeatedly through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, on October 18, 2019, the Defendant, using a mobile phone in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and Daz., sent the victim D text messages and Kakakao Kakao Stockholm messages by no later than December 30, 2019, including transmission of the word, “the franchise, frane, f, and f, and f, for 5 years, f, and a day-to-day f, and a day-to-day f, in our home.” The Defendant sent to the victim D text messages and the Kakao Kao Stockholm messages by no later than December 30, 2019, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
