Punishment of the crime

1. On March 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the time, at Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., 183-5, Gangdong-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) purchased C low-priced car and paid KRW 27,700,000 to return the loan in 560,332 won each month for 60 months; (c) by deceiving the victim, the Defendant was aware of KRW 27,700,00 for the same day as the loan money from the victim on the same day; (d) at the time, the Defendant received and returned the credit card loan loan of approximately KRW 16,00,00 from the credit card company; and (e) the Defendant had no intent or ability to return the loan even if he/she received a discount loan from the Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd.; and (e)

Around April 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the F main point in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, where the victim D works, the Defendant borrowed a large amount of fund and repaid other debts; (b) at the time, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the loan; (c) so, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the loan, and thus, “The date of entering into a contract for a high-class apartment and the intermediate payment is due to the lapse of three to four days; (d) a large amount of fund two funds are at the maturity of three to four (3) days; (e) the Defendant made the victim make a false statement stating, “The date of the payment of the loan after the maturity of the fund, would be the date of the payment of the loan.” (c) On April 23, 2013, the Defendant made the victim obtain the Defendant’s loan of KRW 3,000,000 from the FF loan, and had the Defendant obtain the Defendant’s joint and several (300) loan from the victim.
