Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
1. As to the first ground of appeal, except where the entry in the trial record is obvious clerical error, the document recorded in the trial record as the litigation procedure on the trial date is proved only by the protocol, and its probative value is absolute where counter-proof is not allowed by data other than the trial record (see Supreme Court Decision 2003Do3282, Oct. 10, 2003, etc.).
