Basic Facts

On April 22, 2014, the plaintiff is called '6/4 local elections of Dong-dong local governments (hereinafter referred to as '6/4 local elections').

In order to make an application for membership fee of 80,00,00 won and 1,20,000 won to recommend candidates for membership fee for the purpose of making an application for membership fee of 10,000 won for membership of the new party C. The defendant was appointed as the chairman of the Public Offering Management Committee for Local Election on March 18, 2014, and around May 13, 2014, decided that the plaintiff's application for membership fee of 4,000 won for membership fee of 10,000 won and 1,20,000 won for membership fee of 20,000 won for membership fee of 10,000 won for membership of the new party C.
