1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are corporations operating the D Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the network E (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a person who died on February 2, 2018 from among those under follow-up inspections conducted by the Defendant Hospital on November 1, 2016 under the diagnosis of the right-hand cancer and provided treatment at the Defendant Hospital. The Plaintiffs are the deceased’s parents.

B. The deceased’s internal organs and the deceased’s death history 1) caused blood pressure, urology, and chronic hepatitis B infections, and around October 2016, the deceased was within the Defendant hospital’s organ and performed the right livering surgery on November 1, 2016 at the outside and outside of the hospital, and the specific size of the pattern was large of 8.7 cm and there was a relatively high risk of recurrence. (2) The Defendant hospital consented that the deceased was participating in the clinical procedure on immunity treatment that could be expected to reduce recurrences after the surgery of livering the liver cancer at the time, and that the deceased participated in the clinical procedure on November 30, 2016.

3) Following the blood examination conducted on August 23, 2017 by the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital, the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital observed 11.40,00 opinion that the blood plate value decreased to 11.40,000, and the end of the Uniform CT test conducted on November 13, 2017 observed the cTT test and the end of the cT test, and reduced the blood plate value for blood test. 4) The medical staff of the Defendant Hospital planned to treat radioactive rays in the cream as compared to the cT test on December 27, 2017 to the deceased, because there seems to be any opinion that the cirp value would be higher than the cirp value for the cirp, and thus, it could no longer be ruled out that the cirp value was lower than the cirpump value for the cirp of the cell cancer.

5 As from January 9, 2018, the Deceased began to receive radiation treatment at the Defendant Hospital, and the state of telegraph has deteriorated, such as district reduction and stove meals rarely, and the state of telegraph has ceased 25 times, which was planned until January 12, 2018.
