1. The defendant shall pay 75,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 13, 2004 to the day of full payment.

On December 10, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the payment of the acquisition amount under Suwon District Court Decision 2004Kadan29565, and rendered a judgment that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 75 million with interest of KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 13, 2004 to the date of full payment” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). The judgment of March 2, 2005 becomes final and conclusive on March 2, 2005.
