Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant's right relationship 1) The land listed in the separate sheet on August 29, 2005 (hereinafter "each land of this case") in the public sale procedure is called "each land of this case".

(2) On July 9, 2008, the Defendant borrowed KRW 2 billion from A and secured each of the land of this case from the Changwon District Court, and instead registered the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer under No. 16480 on July 11, 2008 (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”).

3) As of Apr. 26, 2010 with respect to each of the instant lands, including the provisional attachment (A) after the provisional registration of A, the creditor H, and I entered the provisional attachment registration as of Sep. 8, 2008 by creditor J, and K by November 11, 2008, provisional attachment as of Nov. 11, 2008 by creditor J, M, and N, provisional attachment as of Nov. 18, 2008; provisional attachment as of Dec. 16, 2008 by creditor Co., Ltd.; provisional attachment as of Dec. 16, 2008 by creditor Co., Ltd; the provisional attachment as of Dec. 16, 2008; Q, R, provisional attachment as of Dec. 31, 2008; the creditor J. 1, 2009; and the Plaintiff concluded the provisional attachment contract as of Mar. 16, 2003

(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). Paragraph 1 (Terms and Conditions of Sales Price) is stipulated in this Agreement.
