The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On July 8, 2015, the Defendant, around 12:58, committed an indecent act against the victim at a public densely densely-populated place in the E-city bus in operation of a high platform between Gwangju-gu Seoul-gu CD cD post office, and the victim F (the victim’s name, female, 16-year-old age)’s turbl with his hand.

2. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court, the evidence alone presented by the prosecutor alone was proven to the extent that there is no reasonable doubt.

It is difficult to see, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

A. The victim judged the damage to the effect that she was the defendant, considering the her sense that she seems to her left her butt in his/her hands, and later, stated the fact of damage to the effect that she was the defendant.
