A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of four million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on May 2, 2012, and a fine of two million won for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on August 14, 2009.

On June 6, 2014, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car with a blood alcohol content of about 2 km from the road in front of the French-gu Incheon Jung-gu to the road in front of the same Gu-ro 705 North-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon, with the alcohol content of about 0.139%.
