Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on October 11, 2017, the Defendant operated a three-lane-lane-type 3-lane-lane-type 3-lane-type 400,000, from the complex side of the Daejeon Eurgic Zone D, at an irregular speed along the two-lane-lane-type 3-lane-type 40,000 from the parallel side of the Daejeon Eurgic Zone D.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a person engaged in driving the Cknife vehicle.

On October 11, 2017, the Defendant driven an above 21:20 on the 21:20th of October, 2017, and led to the following two-lanes of the 3-lanes in front of the Eelel in Daejeon U.S. D, along the two-lanes from the parallel side of the offline string to the lower parallel hotel.

At this point, there was an intersection where the red-off signal was operated, and there was another vehicle on the left side of the defendant's vehicle, and thus there was interference with the left side of the road, so the defendant has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by looking at the right side of the road, such as the vehicle entering the left side of the intersection, and proceeding with the traffic situation of the intersection by taking account of the traffic situation of the intersection.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went through the intersection due to the negligence of entering the intersection, and was driven by the Victim F (28 Doe) who passed the intersection in line with yellow signals from the 00th west to the university from the direction of the Madern A to the university, and was in the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as cutting down the wall after the right gate, which requires approximately 13 weeks of medical treatment, due to such occupational negligence.
