A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 10, 2015, the criminal defendant against the victim C filed an application for a loan of living safety funds with the victim C at the 37 association military unit located in the 37 association Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do.

A false statement is made to the effect that a loan will be repaid at the same time. Around December 11, 2015, 2015, KRW 10 million was transferred to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant; KRW 2 million was transferred to the same account around December 12, 2015; KRW 5 million was transferred to the same account around December 28, 2015; and KRW 2 million was delivered as a check around December 28, 2015, and received KRW 19 million in total with a check around December 28, 2015.

2. Fraud against victim D;

A. On January 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at a restaurant in which the trade name in the Chungcheongbuk-gun is unknown; (b) around February 10, 2017, the victim D left the retirement allowance around February 10, 2017.

A false statement is made to the effect that only KRW 10 million is lent, to the effect that it would return retirement pay to KRW 20 million, and that it would be returned to the said victim. From January 31, 2017, it was acquired by transfer from the said victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant.

B. On February 10, 2017, the Defendant laid off the account with which the Defendant received retirement allowances from the bank to the said victim at the influoral area of Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu.

Therefore, although it is not possible to repay the previous loan money, it was a loan of KRW 100,00,000 to Dogggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
