Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of BFIS car.

On August 6, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car at around 07:55, and driven the two-lane road of 231-10 ahead of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, at about 30km from the string distance to the string distance, left left the opposite lane.
