Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 04:18, the Defendant driven a fluorial car at a 1km section from the front of the Grand hotel located in the Busan Do-dong, Busan Do-dong, without a driver’s license, to the front of the Olympic intersection located in the Busan Do-dong, Busan Do-si, Busan Do-si, without a driver’s license.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by DD Driving) is a person engaging in driving a halog car.
On July 6, 2013, at around 04:18, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.196%, and proceeded with the three-lane road in front of the 6nd line of the Olympic Winter Games in Busan, the Busan, the Do 13rd line of the Do 6nd line.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving duties of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as making a well-being, accurately manipulating the steering wheel, brakes, etc.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left at a two-lane from the same direction, sent a signal in order to turn to the left of the city art gallery in the same direction, and brought down the right side part of the victim E-Lysta taxi in a stop on the left side of the halog-log vehicle.
As a result, the Defendant caused a traffic accident in which normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and caused the victim to suffer bodily injury such as light salt for about two weeks.
