Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On March 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in the Jeju District Court for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeju Prison on June 19, 2015.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant committed the crime of August 20, 2015, at around 18:00 on August 20, 2015, at the Jeju University Hospital Emergency room located in the Jeju-si, the Defendant was receiving medical treatment for the superior status proposed by both parties, and was able to avoid any disturbance, such as booming a fluor for injection of the amount of time expenses to the other patient’s guardian, and booming him/her, and she was able to avoid any disturbance, such as fluoring him/her, and she was able to escape the disturbance for about 45 minutes from the emergency room until around 18:45 of the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the treatment of the victim such as first aid for emergency patients.
2. Crimes committed on August 30, 2015;
A. On August 30, 2015, around 03:30 on August 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “I am at the house of the victim E (70 years of age) located in Jeju that was sold by the Defendant while residing; and (b) expressed the Defendant’s desire to “I am at the house of South Korea” in front of the house of the victim E (70 years of age); (c) the entrance was set off by hand, etc.; and (d) made a threat to the victim at that place, “I am feas, throw away,
B. The Defendant expressed a bath to the Victim F (L, 45 years of age) who was in contact with E at the time and place specified in paragraph 2(a), and assaulted the victim’s face on drinking.
3. The crime committed on August 31, 2015;
A. On August 31, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant lent a mobile phone to the victim H (the age of 44) at the Jeju-si Galet parking lot, but did not have any defect, booming, taking a bath, and duplicate off, and assaulted the victim by taking advantage of his/her influence.
B. On August 31, 2015, the Defendant parked his/her vehicle in front of the Victim E at Jeju, around 23:20.
