A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Alteration of an official document;

A. A. Around October 5, 2018, around October 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the D office of the Defendant’s operation of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Bok C; (b) at the Korea Employment Information Service that entered into a service contract with the Defendant company; and (c) appears to have no tax deferment on the certificate of tax payment; and (d) on the grounds that there was no tax deferment on the certificate of tax payment, the Defendant forged the certificate of tax payment under the name of the director of the distribution tax office for the type of deferment of the said certificate of tax payment; (c) at the 10th grace period using a computer image editing tool; (d) “10th grace period from October 01 to 31, 2019”; and (d) “2018th grace period from October 31, 2019; and (e) the Defendant forged the tax payment certificate under the name of the head of the tax office for tax payment; and (d) 19th grace period from 10th taxable period.

For the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered a certificate of tax payment, which is a public document under the name of the director of the distribution tax office.

2. Exercising altered official documents;

A. From October 10, 2018 to October 10, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime set forth in subparagraph 1-A, via the employees of the Korea Employment Information Service affiliated with D, which is located at the 6th Ma-dong, Ma-ro, Ma-dong, Ma-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do,

As stated in the same paragraph, a certificate of tax payment issued under the name of the director of the Korea Employment Information Service on October 5, 2018 was submitted to the staff of the Korea Employment Information Service who is not aware of such alteration and exercised it as if it were a genuine official document.
