Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On December 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 10:10 on December 11, 2016, and driven the two-lane road at the intersection located in Suwon-si C, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, by using about 67 km at a speed of large middle school from the private-distance slope of large elementary school at the city at a speed of about 67 km, and went to the left-hand turn to the non-protective left-hand turn from the opposite lane.
