1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 83,032,143 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 22, 2019 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 3, 4, 7, and 8 as to the cause of the claim and the entire pleadings, the plaintiff supplied various food and goods, such as chickens, to the defendant, and the plaintiff supplied the defendant with goods equivalent to a total of KRW 176,013,596 from May 2018 to October 2019, and the defendant paid KRW 92,981,453 to the plaintiff. Accordingly, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining goods price of KRW 83,032,143 (=176,013,596, 596-92, 981,453) and damages for delay at the annual rate of 12% as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, as requested by the plaintiff.

2. Thus, we conclude that the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
