A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C T-Co car.

1. Around 19:30 on February 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) while driving the said car, and proceeding as the lower part of the solar road located in Ulsan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul-gu, with the luxon-off plane from the luxon plane in front of the luxon plane, the Defendant suffered from the victim F (64 years of age, female) who won the said luxon car on the left side of the luxon car in front of the said luxon car, due to the negligence of harming the opposite lane beyond the center line, while driving the luxon-gu in front of the luxon-gu, Ulsan-gu from the luxon-si.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) provided that the said victim D (28 years of age, female) suffered injury, such as light fright, which requires treatment for about two weeks due to the shock of the said accident, and at the same time, the said X-ray car was damaged to be in excess of KRW 2,347,518, and the said X-ray car was not immediately stopped to rescue the victim, and the Defendant escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing rescue to the victim.
