Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 15:30, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 300 meters of alcohol level from the front of the above house parking lot of the Defendant, through the NongHyup Bank, to the front day of the above house of the Defendant, and drive a Fpp car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.127% from the 300m section to the front day of the above house of the Defendant.
