A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1989 to March 1, 1989, the Defendant is an employee of the Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as the “CF”) located in Gwangju City, who is engaged in the business of deposit management, savings consultation, etc.

1.
