A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-II cargo vehicles.

1. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without a driver’s license on April 22, 2016, and driven the said vehicle from the road front of the mountain fluor, Dong-dong, Dong-gun, Dong-gun, Dong-dong, to the front road of the apartment complex, in approximately 30 meters away from the road front of the apartment complex.
