A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 28, 2002, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 300,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the inn of the Suwon Friwon Friwon, and on March 22, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the inn of Friwon Friwon Friwon, and on September 22, 2015, issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on September 22, 2015.

[Criminal facts] On January 08, 2018, the Defendant driven a rocketing car with approximately KRW 500 meters from the 2003 Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon-si Gyeong-si Gyeongcheon
