On March 20, 2018, from around 02:14 to 02:27, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the D District of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station D, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City: (b) took a trial expense to E in which the Defendant handled the instant case related to the payment of taxi fares; (c) despite the Defendant’s request to return home, the Defendant took a bath to “shots and police kis..............” (d) took a hand back on the bridge’s office and met the face of E, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of order in the earth.
