The plaintiff acquired the sectional ownership of the building listed in the separate sheet No. 1 on the date stated in the registration date of the annexed sheet No. 3, and the defendant who constructed and sold the building in question shall complete the registration of the ownership ownership only with respect to the share less than the part of the site ownership, based on the area of the exclusive ownership of the building in question, to the buyer. Thus, there is no dispute between the parties.
