Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

2,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon Methods Institute (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and completed the execution of the sentence on September 22, 2017.

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, is prohibited from dealing with clocks (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

1. On October 26, 2017, around October 26, 2017, the Defendant purchased penphones from C at around 11:20 on October 26, 2017, at around 11:20, the Defendant purchased cash of KRW 80,000,000 in cash from the Defendant’s residence located in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District Office.

2. On October 27, 2017, the Defendant purchased a penphone on October 26, 2017, 80,000 won in cash to C in the above Defendant’s residence at around 12:00, and around 27, 109:30 on October 27, 2017, the Defendant purchased a penphone by putting C with the volume of a penphone off at the above Defendant’s residence.

3. On October 28, 2017, the Defendant, around October 28, 2017, remitted KRW 500,000,000 from the instant Defendant’s residence to the Nonghyup Bank Account (E) in the name of D used by C around October 17:3, 2017. On the same day, around 22:40, the Defendant purchased the instant Defendant’s phiphone from C with the volume of the phiphone’s phiphone’s scopon.
