On March 9, 2017, the Defendant driven BM5 car without a vehicle driver's license from the Do before Samsung SDI, which was located in the 428-5 Dong-dong Samsung-dong 40-2 of the same Youngdong-dong, to the front of the 3km-dong 4km-dong 40-2.
