1. On February 27, 2015, the Plaintiff is a traffic accident of D vehicles that occurred in front of the Gyeonggi-gun C Center at around 23:20.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 2015, the network E (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff on FMW 528i car owned by the deceased (hereinafter “instant insured vehicle”) with respect to the insurance period from January 9, 2015 to January 9, 2016, with respect to the FMW 528i car (hereinafter “the insured vehicle”), the scope of coverage should be large liability I, large personal injury II, non-life insurance, self-motor vehicle damage, and emergency exit agreement, with the special terms and conditions being at least 30 years of age, limited driving agreement with a single designated limit of one person, other vehicle accident security, and other vehicle accident security (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

C. On February 27, 2015, at around 23:20, the Deceased was killed following the following day and the victims suffered injuries, such as a duble, etc., while driving two employees (hereinafter “victims”) on the D heloper vehicle owned by G (hereinafter “the instant accident vehicle”) in a drinking condition, and driving it in front of the Gyeonggi-gu C center, a civil accident occurred, which led to a shock between the fences and telegraphs. The instant accident vehicle was cut off.
