1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 66,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case to the day of full payment shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
