Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:15 on November 2, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B car with approximately KRW 100 meters from the front day of the “Dancheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City” in the same Dong to the front day of the “Nacheon-si” in the same Dong.
