Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-wheeled vehicle with an engine displacement without a license plate.

1. On March 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a motor device license within approximately 20 kilometers from the shooting distance at the entrance of the prosecutor’s office of the court located in Ulsan-dong, Nam-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, to the front of the 215 Habbroon-ro fee of the same Si/Gun/Gu.

2. The owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance, but the defendant operated the said motor vehicle within a about 20 km section from the date, time, and place set forth in the above “1.”

2. A driver of a vehicle, other than a motor vehicle violating the Road Traffic Act, is prohibited from passing or crossing a motor vehicle-only road, etc., the defendant entered the motor vehicle-only way in the above "1" temporary warning or the motor vehicle-only way in the front direction of the loading site of the motor vehicle located in Ulsan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si and operated the above motor vehicle within approximately three kilometers from the front road of the motor vehicle-only 215 (former-dong-dong
