Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Switzerland car.

On December 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at around 09:49, and made the intersection in front of the New Seoul Apartment at No. 744-ro, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, to turn to the left at a speed of about 50km from the operational station to the speed of 70km.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to confirm whether a person engaged in driving service is a vehicle passing through an intersection by checking well the right and the right and the right of the road and to drive safely according to the signals.
