Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.169% among blood transfusion around 02:45, the Defendant driven CMW car at the section of approximately 2.5 km from the later apartment of Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan to the front road of the 2-5km-dong at the same city north-dong.
