1. Defendant Republic of Korea shall pay 30,519,260 won to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 14, 2019 to June 23, 2020.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an insurance company that entered into an automobile insurance contract with C as to D business cargo vehicles owned by C (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”), and the Defendant Republic of Korea is as follows.
