Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2015, the Defendant, as a person with no military service, moved his residence from Mayang-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to a non-explosive place.

In such cases, a person with no military service shall file a move-in report with the competent authority within 14 days.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not report the entry within 14 days without good cause.
