Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:00 on January 14, 2020, the Defendant driven a bicycle on the roads of the second line in front of the apartment apartment in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, while driving a bicycle on a two-lane basis from the c beginning bank to the dypical volcanic basin.
