On October 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on February 12, 2017.

1. At around 18:40 on November 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim D (the remaining, 47 years old); (b) at the E convenience store in the operation of the victim D (the victim) located in Busan Yan-gu, Busan Yan-gu; (c) at the display stand by making use of the gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (d) at the display stand, the Defendant used three mobile phone chargingrs; (e) one string; and (e) one string, one strawing; and (e) one string market price of KRW 63,200,000 in the main machine; and (e) caused assault once the victim to escape arrest of the defect.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On November 20, 2017, around 17:50 on November 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door by placing the bags prepared in front of the G cafeteria located in Busan Y; (b) opened it in the key hole of the auxiliary entrance, and intruded into the door; (c) opened a door in excess of 30,000 won owned by the victim H and the market price of 60,000 won owned by the victim who is an employee.

B. On November 20, 2017, at around 17:52, the Defendant intruded into the main point at the K point located in the J of Busan Y, through open entrance, and then stolen a so-called Soviet mobile phone in the middle line with the victim’s market price of KRW 1,000,000, which was kept in custody in the main line by using the gap in which surveillance of the victim L was neglected.

3. On November 18, 2017, the Defendant: around 14:17, 2017, at the 9th floor parking lot of Korea, located in a hot spring spring No. 95-ro 1, 14:17, the Defendant: (a) discharged the corrective device of the victim’s possession of the victim M, which is worth KRW 1,500,000, NBV 1,500, from the enforcement of the corrective device; and (b) cut off the Defendant.
