A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 25, 2017, at around 23:43, the Defendant: (a) neglected the Defendant’s request on several occasions, even though he/she received a request from G to G to the police officer of the Cheongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station F District District of the Cheongju Police Station, which was under the control of drinking driving, for the purpose of regulating drinking driving; (b) he/she was under the control of drinking driving; (c) he/she was under the control of drinking driving; and (d) he/she was under the control of drinking driving; and (d) he/she was under the control of drinking driving.

As a result, the Defendant carried a dangerous object, obstructed the legitimate performance of duties by a traffic control police officer, and inflicted injury on the G, which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment.

2. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle 540-meter 4, a Cheongju-ro 36-gil-ro, Cheongju-ro, Cheongju-ro, Pyeong-gu, Cheongju-ro, the Defendant: (b) driven a vehicle 540-meter 340-meter, a alcohol level of 0.095% in alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.095% in his blood.
