A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment, 2 years of suspended execution, 4 months of suspended execution, 1 year of suspended execution, 6 months of imprisonment and 1 year of suspended execution at the Seoul Eastern District Court on February 2, 2009 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 27, 2009.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Transported Vehicle on June 14, 2013, who was driving the said vehicle at around 16:25, while driving the said vehicle at around 16:25, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.252% from the cri-dong Hyundai Apartment at a visible speed from the cri-dong Hyundai Apartment with alcohol concentration of 0.25%.

Since the passage of people is frequent, there is a duty of care to reduce the speed to those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle and to prevent accidents in advance by properly examining the atmosphere.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the victim D (at the age of 40) who was pushing a bicycle in the direction of the mariju by negligence when he neglected it, and received the front part of the said bicycle from the front part of the said bicycle and got the bicycle to go beyond the limit of about three weeks, and suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of medical treatment for about three weeks.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

2. The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol content of 0.252% without a driver’s license of the vehicle at the time specified in the above paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, and the Defendant is at approximately 500 meters from the convenience store in the trade name in Songpa-dong Seoul, Songpa-gu to the place of the accident specified in the above paragraph (1).
