A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

6. From the end of May 22, 2017, by serving in the “E hotel” located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, with a view to advertising images of the persons accommodated in the hotel, and purchased a super-small-sized camera in the form of USB (EESONIC U7) via the Internet around May 2017.

On June 2017, the Defendant, while working at the above E hotel, sent the key to the guest room to which the victims without their names enter the hotel, informed the victims of the opposite part of the guest room, and then opened the guest room in advance between the victims’ return to the room and opened the guest room to the victim’s return, and recorded the victim’s sexual intercourse by way of installation of a super-small-sized camera in the above USB form on the side of the TV receiver.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against their will.

On June 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) while working at the said E hotel, sent the key to the guest room to which the victims without their names enter the hotel; (b) informed the victims of the opposite turn to the guest room; and (c) made the victims return to the guest room in advance, and (d) taken the head of the victims’ sexual intercourses by setting up the guest room in front of the victims’ search for the room; and (b) installing the super-small-sized camera in the form of the said USB in front of TV receptions.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against their will.

3. On June 20, 2017, the Defendant, while working at the said E hotel on June 17:27, 2017, sent back the keys of the Victim F (24 tax) and the Victim G (24 years old), who entered the said hotel, sent out the keys of the guest room 742, and sent out the keys to the guest room, and then sent back to the victims, and then opened the victim’s room to the guest room 742, which the victims found the room, and then installed a super-small-sized camera in the form of TV bed of TV bed.
