1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,000,000 per annum for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from July 14, 2017 to January 24, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and C are legally married couple who have been married and maintained marital relations for 22 years, and have 2 South and North Korean women as their children.

B. The Defendant directed C while working as an unmarried instructor of a private teaching institute due to his unmarried students in 1984, and also the motive of C’s graduate school.

C. While the Defendant knew that C is a woman with her husband and child, he/she committed an improper act, such as starting an inappropriate relationship with C from around 2014 and having sexual intercourse several times.

The Plaintiff had been dispatched from August 2015 to the United States for a period of two years, and C entered the United States around March 2016, six months later and returned first to the Republic of Korea on February 2017, when the training period remains in the United States.

E. The Defendant committed an unlawful act, such as: (a) having been accommodated in C and her mother, or having sexual intercourse on his/her own and the Defendant’s driving school for five months after returning home and living together; (b) having been married.

F. On June 30, 2017, the Plaintiff, upon becoming aware of the unknown relationship between C and the Defendant after returning to Korea, visited the Defendant’s private teaching institute and demanded the Defendant to liquidate the relationship with C, the Plaintiff prepared a letter to the effect that “A cleanly liquidates the relationship with C and does not meet any form of met or contact after the settlement of the relationship with C, and even if the contact was found, the Plaintiff refused and promised not to meet.”

G. On June 30, 2017, C sent to the Defendant a note to the effect that “I will tell the relationship between the Defendant and D, and I will go to the Defendant, but the Defendant will be so slot that I would be too slot and I would be able to see that I would be able to do so,” and that I would like to do so, and that I would like to do so, they would return to C.

E was the first promise with the female of E, and C was also the same.
