1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The F died on March 12, 2017. At the time, the heir was the spouse, G, B, H, C, and Plaintiff D, who is the spouse, and the Defendant is G’s children, and I is the Plaintiff B’s children.
B. F previously owned real estate Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 7 of [Attachment 1 Real Estate List] before birth, F donated each to the Defendant, I, and H and completed each registration of ownership transfer, such as in the sequences in the same Table.
C. As to the real estate Nos. 3 in annexed Table 1, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the defendant's mother-friendly J on March 18, 2010, as stated in the list.

2. The plaintiffs' property that forms the basis for calculating the legal reserve of inheritance: (i) the aggregate amount of KRW 743,216,90 in the real estate value on the attached Table 1 attached hereto donated to the defendant, I, and H (F and the defendant knew that damage would be inflicted on the right holder of the legal reserve of inheritance; (ii) the defendant acquired the attached Table 1 real estate value Nos. 1, 2 and F’s money before the commencement of inheritance; and (iii) the title of the attached Table 1 real estate value Nos. 36,304,200 in total; and (iii) the sum of the real estate value on the attached Table 2, the sum of KRW 7,346,562 in the aggregate of the real estate value on the attached Table 2, each of which was donated to the defendant, I, and H, was infringed upon by the defendant.
In addition, the shortage in the reserve of inheritance of the plaintiff A is 84,154,62 won [=86,603,476 won = 750,56 won + 3/26 (=3/13 x 1/26)} - net inheritance amount of 2,48,854 won (=7,346,562 won x 3/9 shares)], and the shortage in the reserve of inheritance of the other plaintiffs is 56,103,081 won [=57,735,650 won = 75,562 won + 1/13 [2/13 x 1/2] net inheritance portion of 1,632,569 won (=7,346,562 x 3/962) x 2/9)].
Accordingly, against the defendant, (i) the plaintiff A is entitled to 1 to 3.5 of the attached Table 1 of the real estate title.
