1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 6,379,031 to Plaintiff A and Defendant F with respect thereto from February 7, 2020, and Defendant E.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant F is the representative of 1/4 of the 7th floor building (the building whose ownership preservation registration was completed on August 29, 2003) above the 7th floor of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (Road Name Address: Incheon Seo-gu H) (the building whose ownership preservation registration was completed on August 29, 2003) and is the head of the office who controls and manages I.
B. On May 14, 2019, Plaintiff A suffered bodily injury (hereinafter “the instant accident”) such as “the 4th floor from the instant stairs, i.e., the 5th floor in the I, to the 4th floor, and the 4 weeks of the right generation of the instant stairs,” which require approximately four weeks of treatment (hereinafter “the instant accident”). C.
I 4 floors and 5 floors are open to one another, and the stairs of this case are open to one space, and the five floors and 4 floors are connected to the above open space.
The lighting degree of the instant stairs ought to be maintained at least 75 Luxembourg in the relevant statutes, and around 65 Luxembourg even after the internal repair after the instant accident occurred.

The height of each group lowered from the fifth to the fourth floor of the instant stairs is about about 18 cm, and about 25 cm at the first height of the fourth floor (the last height on the basis of the unloading from the fifth floor).
There is no special provision on the height of the stairs in the soup room under the current construction law, but in the case of the stairs of an elementary school, the height shall not exceed 16 cm, and in the case of the stairs of a middle school, the height shall not exceed 18 cm (Article 49(2) of the Building Act, Article 48(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 15(2)1 and 2 of the Rules on the Standards for Escape and Fire Prevention of Buildings, Article 15(2)(e) of the Rules.
A notice shall be posted in front of the stairs group of the phrase ", etc.".
