1. The Plaintiff’s obligation of borrowing KRW 3,00,000,000 to the Defendant based on a loan transaction agreement, as of December 2, 2014.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, it is recognized that the deceased person was guilty of his/her identification card and entered into a loan contract with the defendant on December 2, 2014 under the name of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff who received a claim for the repayment of the above loan from the defendant is also entitled to seek confirmation of his/her non-existence of obligation.

Therefore, since there is no obligation under the above loan contract against the defendant, it is so decided as per Disposition.
