1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff A is a sexually out-of-the-counter doctor who mainly performs a non-conceptic surgery with the trade name of “K Assembly member,” and the Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is a corporation that engages in the business of developing and selling biotechnology-related products, manufacturing medical appliances, etc.

B. The Plaintiff A, together with the instant design right and the instant secondary design right for the following designs and trademarks, shall be deemed to be “each of the instant designs”:
