A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C(the age of 35) are currently in separate possession as a legal couple's history.

1. Around 20:00 on June 11, 2017, the Defendant assaulted approximately 15 times with both sides of the victim’s face face in the victim’s residence located in Geum-gu, Busan, Fung-gu, and the victim met with another male and physically divided with the other male.

By transmitting the Kakao Stockholm message containing the Kakao messages “Chn,” the victim was threatened by considering the attitude that would inflict any harm on the victim’s body.

On June 14, 2017, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) went through the first floor entrance of his residence and went through the 9th floor; and (b) intrudes on the victim’s residence on the part of the victim, who had an attitude of disregarding the victim’s contact without being contacted; and (c) went through the first floor entrance of his residence; and (d) went through the victim’s residence.

From around 11:00 on June 14, 201 to around 11:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) excavated in the victim’s residence located in Busan Jin-gu for about 30 minutes; (b) however, if the Defendant’s behavior does not open a door to the victim, he/she destroyed the gate (the head part: 1.5cm in width, 5cm in length, 21cm in hand: 21cm in length) which is dangerous in the apartment guard room in the above apartment, by lending a gate (the head part: 11.5cm in width, 5cm in width, 3cm in hand: 21cm in front of the victim’s residence.)
